What to include
Tell us what you want and the email or phone number we know you by. Do not send a passport, full case file, or health documents. We verify requests through an existing contact address or number. An authorized agent can contact us with proof of authority.
What happens next
We acknowledge receipt within 10 business days. Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 calendar days of receipt. Identity checks do not restart the clock. We explain legal exceptions or permitted extensions. Deleted backup data expires within 90 days.
Deletion covers related records, files, and subscriptions with us and our providers. It does not delete your USCIS case. You may ask for a secure copy first, including any health information you provided.
