Consent, your data, and ending use

The Privacy Policy forms part of these terms. It explains collection, sharing, retention, and deletion. Select the unchecked consent box before submitting a form. Case checks and alerts are separate choices. You must have the case owner's permission.

We do not sell data for profit, money, or other value. Providers must follow the protections in our policy. They may not use or disclose data without active consent, except when disclosure is required by law.

To stop using the service, close your client record, stop alerts, request a copy, or delete data, open Your Data or email docprept@gmail.com. Visitors do not create public accounts. The Privacy Policy sets out the time limits and identity checks.

If these terms or the policy change, we notify you, publish a plain-language summary, and ask for new active consent. Silence is not consent. Checks with old consent are paused. The policy's notice, protection, transfer, and deletion rules apply if ownership changes or the business closes.

DocPrep Services

DocPrep provides immigration document preparation assistance, document organization, form preparation based on user-provided information, and related website tools.

Not a Law Firm

DocPrep is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal strategy, eligibility determinations, or representation before USCIS, EOIR, ICE, DHS, the Department of State, or any other agency.

If you need legal advice or representation, consult a licensed immigration attorney or accredited representative.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.

• review all prepared documents before filing;
• confirm names, dates, addresses, receipt numbers, A-numbers, and other details;
• monitor deadlines, mail, appointment notices, and official correspondence;
• pay government filing fees directly to the relevant agency unless expressly stated otherwise.

No Guarantee of Outcome

DocPrep does not guarantee approval, processing speed, work authorization, travel authorization, immigration benefits, appointments, or any other outcome. Decisions are made only by the relevant government agency.

Status Tools

If you use status tools, you authorize DocPrep to process the receipt number or other information needed to retrieve status information from USCIS or another official source.

Status information is provided for convenience. Official government notices, letters, and records control.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the website in a way that harms systems, violates law, or misleads others.

• submit false or fraudulent information;
• attempt unauthorized access to admin systems, APIs, databases, or servers;
• overload, scrape, or interfere with the website or USCIS API integration;
• upload malware or harmful files;
• misrepresent DocPrep as a law firm or government agency.

Payments and Fees

DocPrep fees, when applicable, are for document preparation and administrative assistance. Government filing fees are separate and are governed by the relevant agency rules.

Third-Party Websites

The website may link to USCIS, DHS, EOIR, Department of State, and other third-party resources. DocPrep is not responsible for their availability, content, decisions, forms, fees, or policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocPrep is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including missed deadlines, government delays, benefit denials, or consequences of inaccurate user-provided information.
